Dear INFJ,
You’ve spent so much of your life folding yourself into quieter versions of who you are. You learned how to dim your light, not because it wasn’t bright, but because it made others squint. You learned how to carry other people’s pain without them even asking, like it was your job, your purpose, your role.
But I want you to know something:
You were never meant to be small.
Not in your thoughts. Not in your dreams. Not in your love. Not in your voice.
You were born with galaxies tucked inside your chest and a hunger for meaning that scares the surface level world. You feel things all the way through. You notice what’s unspoken. You know what people don’t say, and it stays with you long after they leave the room. That is not a weakness. That is your magic.
But that magic? It takes up space. It demands rest. It comes with boundaries.
And shrinking to make others comfortable only strangles the gifts that were always meant to bloom through you.
So please stop apologizing for your depth. Stop second guessing your intuition.
Stop holding back just because someone told you that you were “too emotional” or “too intense” or “too hard to understand.”
You don’t exist to be understood by everyone. You exist to be real.
And being real means standing tall in your truth, even when it shakes.
INFJ, you were built for beauty, for fire, for stillness, for revolution.
So expand. Stretch. Say the thing. Walk away when you need to. Create what only you can create. Love without fear. Be all of who you are.
Because you were never meant to be small.
Not then.
Not now.
Not ever.
With love,
Stefanie
