Staying Optimistic

How are you feeling right now?

How am I feeling right now? Honestly, I’d say hopeful and optimistic. I’m really focusing on a few areas in my life that matter most to me right now: my health, fitness, my finances, and my creativity. It feels good to put energy into things that make a real difference.

I’ve also been blocking out most of the news lately because it’s just too anxiety inducing. It feels good to protect my mental space and focus on what I can control.

I won’t lie, fall is approaching here in Western Washington, which is usually my least favorite time of the year weather wise. But I’m trying really hard to stay optimistic and keep that hopeful mindset alive!
